Good stuff. Nutrition sponsors seem to be encouraging athletes to log their fuel intake during runs nowadays, at least I can't think of any other reason someone would take the time to write down calorie and water oz numbers on every strava run. Systemic issues at this point.

Thanks dude. Helpful companion on my runs. I have to say I’ve gone through some training periods where I was totally carb focused to the point of nausea. I’ve had some epic sugar blow ups and have been adding a little fats to the workouts and that seems to balance out a little. Too much fat stomach issue too much carb stomach issue. Proteins? Not so sure.
