Really enjoying your podcast episodes on Substack and think it has been a great addition to your thoughtful articles and a neat way for your to share your training philosophy more. Question for you: the audio quality is very good even on your first episode, what audio equipment/recording devices are you using for the episodes/did you purchase anything in advance before recording your first one? I often find that first episodes sound quality is subpar but yours is on point and I was curious what you might have used/what equipment you got ahead of time to make sure that was the case.
